Germany Tour

Once again I've been in Germany.Two weeks in Hessen (Frankfurt & Darmstadt) and then two weeks in Bavaria (in and around Munich). Most of the shows in Hessen were in English for German pupils as part of their English studies - either with teenagers helping expand their vocabulary and understanding of English, or with "Grundschule" (Junior age) pupils, hopefully showing them that learning English can be fun through song, stories and puppets. In Bavaria I did quite a few of the English shows but also many shows "Auf Deutsch" for Kindergartens, as well as public "Family Shows" in libraries and small Arts Centres. This year "Haesliche Entlein" (The Ugly Duckling) and "Loewenzahnstrasse 7" (No 7 Dandelion Street) were performed and very well received. Hopefully back to Germany again next Spring.
